- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Provide feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by SONDER in the course of providing services remains the property of SONDER unless explicitly transferred in writing. This includes:

6. Confidentiality

7. Performance and Results
While SONDER strives to achieve optimal results for all campaigns:
- We cannot guarantee specific performance outcomes
- Results depend on various factors including market conditions, competition, and client cooperation
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- We will use best practices and industry expertise to maximize campaign performance
8. Limitation of Liability
SONDER's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Platform policy changes affecting campaigns
- Third-party service interruptions
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Access to proprietary tools and reports may be revoked
- Campaign data will be provided in a reasonable format
- Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
10. Force Majeure
SONDER is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or platform policy changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv, Israel.
12. Modifications
SONDER reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
